How do I know if I have paid the right shipping costs?
Shipping is now automatically calculated based on the weight of the total items in your order. All you have to do is add your items to your cart and then checkout, the website will work out your postage option for you.

Will my order come with the normal post?
Yes, all of our website orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class unless you have selected local delivery, or you have enquired about a custom order.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
We aim to get all of our orders packed and dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed. You will then be sent a confirmation email which will include your tracking number so you can keep up to date via Royal Mail.

My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
For all order enquiries please email us via the 'Contact Us' page and we will advise further steps we can both take to see where your parcel is. Once the parcel has been dispatched there is nothing we at TLC can necessarily do at this point to speed up the delivery process, however there are steps we can take in the event of a missed delivery or lost parcel.

Am I using the correct wax warmer?
The wax we use at TLC for our products is a soy based wax which means it wont necessarily perform well in electric burners that melt at a lower temperature.
We personally get the best performance out of the small to medium sized tea light candles with 1, 4hr tea light placed inside. It is recommended to only melt your wax in a warmer for 4hrs at a time and allow the warmer to cool completely before relighting again, this will ensure the longevity of your wax warmer and prevent hairline cracks from forming.

How can I change my wax ready for the next scent I'd like to try?
There are a few different ways that you can change the wax out of your warmer. If you're really lucky, sometimes you can simply push on one end of the solid wax and it will slide up. However, if you're like me and definitely never that lucky these are the two ways I change my wax. I either pop a new tealight into my burner for 30 seconds to 1 minute and this melts a very thin layer of wax enough to slide out like mentioned above. You can also leave the wax to fully remelt and then soak up with cotton balls, if you are going to do this method please be very careful on the next step as the warmer will be quite hot.
Lastly you need to thoroughly wipe the dish where the wax sits in order to remove any residue left behind and you will be left with a fresh clean warmer ready for your next favourite scent.
